SHIPPING

Domestic Standard U.S. shipping requires a $7 flat rate economy fee for orders under $40. International shipping is charged at cost and based on weight and destination. Additional customs + duty fees may apply, these vary per country.

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 48 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-5 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us.

If you aren't completely happy with your products, email us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your order



STORAGE & SHELFLIFE

Our sauces are shelf stable and can be safely stored at ambient temperatures. Our pantry items and sauces do not need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help to extend their freshness
